How to Fight a Speeding Ticket in North Carolina

#1 Consult with and/or Hire a Lawyer

The best way to find out what your options are with your speeding ticket is to talk to an experienced traffic lawyer. Here at The Law Offices of Wiley Nickel, we can tell you over the phone in a free consultation what we think is the best outcome or plan of action. In most cases, it does not make sense to fight the speeding ticket when there are many ways to handle the ticket that can result in no points on your license or insurance. When it comes to traffic tickets, every situation is unique based on your driving record. We can help you determine the ideal result for your individual scenario.

Why Should you Hire a Lawyer?

·         Most traffic tickets are waivable offenses, meaning that a lawyer can appear in court on your behalf.

·         This saves you multiple trips to court, time waiting in the public line, and parking costs!

·         We can run official DMV records in house, saving you time and money.

·         An experienced traffic lawyer knows the best way to resolve your ticket and can help save you a costly increase in insurance premiums.
