Back to College and Underage Drinking: Let Us Help Keep Your Record Clean

As students head back to college at NC State, Wake County will see a surge in underage drinking tickets and possession of marijuana charges.

Every year college students fill the parking lot at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh without realizing that alcohol law enforcement agents are working undercover at the tailgate parties. If you are charged with possession/consumption of alcohol while under the age of 21 or possession of marijuana, call The Law Offices of Wiley Nickel, PLLC.

Let us help you save time and money -- we may be able to help you get the charge dismissed and expunged from your record with only one trip to court. Keeping your record clean will be essential as you plan and prepare for life after college.

If you are charged with alcohol or drug possession you may also receive notice of disciplinary action by the NC State Student Conduct Board. We can help you prevent negative consequences such as suspension or expulsion.
