Contact us at (919) 585-1486 for more information. In many situations, we will be able to attend traffic court for you so you do not have to take time away to attend court. We can also advise you on whether or not you would be eligible for a reduction in your charge, which could mean a lower fine and ultimately cause your insurance not to increase.

When calling, please let us know that you are a member of the United States Military. We may request a copy of your military identification for verification. We also reserve the right to end this offer at any time without notice.

Email Attorney Wiley Nickel at wiley@wileynickel.com to discuss how we can help you with your traffic ticket in Wake County. Our offices are located in Cary, NC, just off of the Harrison Ave. exit of I-40.

We sincerely thank you for your service and are honored to be able to help you.

He limits his case load so that he can focus on providing the best possible legal defense to all of his clients. Every case is a top priority and the goal is to have your case dismissed with a focus on being able to expunge your charges at the end of the process. When he is not working, Wiley is an avid family man, distance runner and golfer. He loves North Carolina college sports and is hoping this is the year for Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers.
