Raleigh Police Error May Result in a Dismissal of Your Speeding Charge

According to a WNCN  and WRAL, over 300 traffic tickets issued in Raleigh, North Carolina may be impacted by a Raleigh Police Department error. The Raleigh Police Department failed to follow protocol. Ten radar guns were not calibrated and certified as required by state regulations. As a result, evidence of speeding based on these radar guns will not be admissible in court.
