Successful DWI DMV Hearing

This week attorney Kristi Haddock represented one of our clients at a DMV Restoration Hearing. Kristi successfully advocated for our client, and at the end of the hearing his privilege to drive was restored.

If you have had multiple DWI convictions, you may be eligible for a DMV hearing to have your license restored after just 2 years. Attorney Kristi Haddock and attorney Wiley Nickel will act fast to start your DMV hearing process. First, they will pull your record to determine your eligibility for a hearing. If you are eligible, our attorneys will explain the steps necessary to request a hearing which include getting a FBI background check, a special assessment, finger prints, and preparing witnesses to testify on your behalf.

We also represent clients for DMV hearings related to DWI refusal to submit to a breathalyzer, and interlock violations. A refusals to submit to a breath test results in the loss of your license for 1 year. It is essential that you request a DMV hearing right away, as your right to request a hearing may vanish if you do not act in response to your DMV letter.
